A key element of this approach is creating safe spaces where communication leaders can address sensitive topics like safety, innovation, and balancing tradition with modern demands. Drawing from her own experiences as a university president during crises, Dr. Ford highlighted the need for transparency and mutual support to help leaders navigate complex environments.

Expanding Page’s global footprint is another significant aspect of her vision. While most members are currently based in the United States, Dr. Ford is committed to increasing membership in regions like Europe and Asia. She is committed to leveraging AI to enhance accessibility, streamline communication, and empower members to stay ahead of emerging trends. By integrating AI-driven tools, Page can provide innovative solutions that help members navigate complex challenges such as sustainability, cross-functional integration, and the evolving landscape of advanced communication technologies. This focus on technology reflects Dr. Ford’s broader vision of positioning Page as a leader in driving innovation and equipping members with cutting-edge resources.

The regional programs will help foster cross-border collaboration and elevate leadership impact These programs are focused on delivering actionable insights and practical value, helping members enhance their professional development and maintain leadership in the field.
